Our policies
What to know before you come, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
Book a barber by name, or book a service and take the next open chair. Booking holds your time and there is no deposit. Walk-ins sign the board by the door.
How the line works
Clients are taken in the order they sign the board. Booked clients are seen at their time and the line waits for them. Waits vary; the board shows who is next. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 3 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move your time, by text, by phone or on the booking page. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time; after that we offer it to the line.
If you miss an appointment
A missed visit is noted on your booking. After a second one, we ask you to confirm by text before we hold a time for you again.
Children and companions
Kids are welcome. Cuts for ages 12 and under are booked as kids' cuts, and a parent or grown-up stays in the shop. One person waits with each child so the chairs stay open for the line.
If you're not happy
If you're not happy with a cut, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right at the chair.
Tipping
Tips go to the barber who cut your hair. You can leave one in cash at the chair or on the card machine.
