Questions

Questions, answered

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

You can walk in Tuesday to Sunday and sign the board. Book if you want a particular barber at a particular time.

How does the line work?

Clients are taken in the order they sign the board by the door. Booked clients are seen at their time. Waits vary, and the board shows who is next.

Which languages do you speak?

Spanish and English. All three barbers speak Spanish; Orestes and Dahlia speak English, and Dámaso understands it. You can write to us on WhatsApp in either.

How long does a cut take?

A haircut is 35 to 45 minutes, a clipper cut 25 to 30 and a kids' cut about 30 to 40. Every service shows its time on the menu.

Can you cut my hair?

Straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Tell your barber how you wear it.

How often should I come back?

Most clients come every three to four weeks, and a line-up can be refreshed in between.

Can I book a specific barber?

Yes. Use the book link on a barber's card, or choose a barber on the booking page.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo of the cut you want, if you have one. If you don't, we'll talk it through at the chair.

What if I'm late or need to cancel?

Tell us at least 3 hours ahead to cancel or move your time. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time.

How does tipping work?

Tips go to the barber who cut your hair, in cash or on the card machine.

Still have a question?

Call the shop or send a note and we'll reply.
